What's some of the really good hip-hop of the 90's? I know about gangstarr, blackstar, a tribe called quest and all them..Anyone know anything else? I'm desperate for some new stuff.

Everything from DJ Quik was awesome, but his album "Safe & Sound" is the best. It's probably one of my favorite rap albums. Also, Ice Cube and 2nd to None (aka 2nd II None) are good too. Lastly, there's this British trip-hop/rap/beatmix group called Stereo MCs that's been around since the early 90's (or earlier) and they have some good stuff. Their album from 2001 called "Deep, Down & Dirty" is really good.

the 90's was one of the best eras for hiphop, try salt n pepa, Crucial conflict, Tupac, Lil kim, arrested development, WU-TANG, Diamond D
