The girl's name is nice. But, reconsider the boy's first name. Putting aside all cultural connotations of the name, there is "stumble" in the name, "Dylan". By "stumble", I mean a mispronunciation risk. A name like "Bob" might get mispronounced 1% of the time. But, a name like my avatar's name, "Patois", is going to get mispronounced about 80% of the time. We tend to avoid people with risky names to pronounce. We skip over them at introductions, we don't quote them, and we don't remember them upon first meeting as well as we do people with easier to pronounce names. And, as an aside, many people named after rock stars and celebrities tend to resent their names later in life. Seriously, can you imagine having a name like "Elvis"? Name him after something in nature, such as, "Electromagnetic Gravitational Pull"! (I'm joking.) Good luck.

Sophia is a very pretty and sexy name while Elizabeth makes me think of a staunch person. Dylan is a very rugged western kind of name, whereas Gabriel even though it was the name of an angel, sounds kind of girlish.
You need to consider that the initials can spell words. ex:my oldest sons are HAG and he hates that.
You have already stated that you have a lot of time, but you also need to remember that your children's mother will also have a say in the naming of your children.
Good luck and GOD bless!

My daughter says, "Dylan is a good baby name, but sounds too babyish for an adult." I personally don't know any Dylan's that I like, so I'm biased there. I don't care for Gabriel either. However, we both agree on the girl's name. Very sweet.
