Except for the World Titles I think NWA-TNA could beat all their champions with their own champions or top contenders.
World Title...
Jarrett (NWA) VS Edge (RAW) VS Booker (Smackdown)
Edge would win the match........ WWE - 1, NWA - 0
Tag Team Championship
Styles & Daniels (NWA) VS Kendrick & London (Smackdown)
VS Spirt Squad (RAW)
Styles & Daniels would run circles around these guys and take them to wrestling school.

X Division Title VS Cruiserweight Championship
Sen-Shi (NWA) VS Gregory Helms (WWE)
X Title means no limits and there are no restictions to what they can do. The cruiserweight title is a mockery of what it used to be in WCW. The Cruiserweight title often meant the best match on the card but since it got to the WWE, it has been no good. Sen-Shi would hit the Tree of Woe and Greg would feel that for days...

Johnny Nitro (RAW) VS Christian (NWA)
Christian is so underrated and would be able to take that title from Nitro any day of the week.

I have always liked both as wrestlers, but I think Mickey totally gets the nod here as I have never been able to see Gail have at least a 4 star match with anybody which she hasn't.

United States Championship
Fit Finlay VS Somoa Joe
The Somoan Submission Machine against the man who likes to fight. This would be a hard match to actually pick and I put thoes two together for that very reason. Finlay is tough as nails and Joe is brutally mean. However there is a saying in TNA and that's "Joe's is gonna Kill You". This could go either way, but Joe is younger and knows 5 billion submission holds.
Winner - Somoa Joe...
TNA - 3, WWE -2
After that, I'd probably give most of the matches to WWE because they have a lot of larger superstars who would kill TNA's eX Divison (Cruiserweight) which are what mostly what NWA-TNA has. So TNA may have lost the battle but surely could win the war since they'd win all the major titles at this instance. And I do disagree, and TNA has mostly younger stars. The oldest person in TNA is Sting and he is in his mid 40's. Could you say that about WWE? Nope.

Wait hold on. A lot of WWE wrestlers are not released because they were not entertaining. Ron Killings was released becuase WWE said they didn't have anything for him to do. And yes, u may call them WCW/WWE rejects, but if you look at their in ring ablties, they are all every good. Cage, Kim, Dudleys, Rhino,are all good.
Now, I don't think TNA will top WWE just at the moment. It has only been a few years. I think in a few years TNA will defeat the WWE.
And remember, to a lot of indy wrestlers, WWE is not the PINACLE of wrestling. They are the future, and if they decide to stay away from the big E, Vince will fall.

Easily TNA. WWE is filled with WCW, ECW rejects AND TNA rejects. TNA has the better young stars. Nobody can hold a candle to Samoa Joe! Hes the MAN! TNA is clearly the better promotion! It would go like this.
Edge vs. jarrett vs. Booker t
Jarrett would win becuase Steiner would go ZONKERS on Edge and Booker.

easily Styles and daniels win.

Senshi is younger and quicker, Finlay cant go a match without his midget ***** helping him.

WWE, they've got younger, more agile talent, TNA is basicly WWE rejects and ex-WCW/WWF legends. take a look at their champion, Jeff Jarrett, he had his run in the WWF years ago but he got stale so he got let go from the WWF. Other worn out names like The Road Dogg Jesse James, Billy Gunn, Christian, Gail Kim, K-Qwik (Ron "The Truth") all of these guys were let goe from the WWE because they just weren't entertaining anymore. No one cared about them and they were let go, or they wouldn't do business and were fired.

wwe and ecw. tna is full of skinny and fat old wwe wannabees. i may not like the spirit squad or khali but the sqaud would destroy those retarts lax. and khali will eat joe. wwe wwe khali is gonna eat u. and dx would destroy the dx rejects the james gang.

wwe would win. i like tna but the wwe has alot more wrestlers who are quicker and better at wrestling then tna.

jeff jarrett vs triple h - triple h cleanly destroys the wannabe...
kane vs abyss - kane
aj styles vs rey mysterio - this could go either way
mickie james vs gail kim - mickie james
john cena vs monty brown - john cena (though one crappy match on both parts)
edge vs christian cage - edge (like always)
big show vs kevin nash - nash (due to constant interference)
undertaker vs sting - could go either way (though i am partial to taker)
christ masters vs scott steiner - steiner
booker t vs ron killings - booker t
gregory helms vs any x-division guy - helms (better wrestler than given credit for)
london/kendrick vs lax - lax (with konan assistance)
in nearly most matchups no matter how you would match them the wwe would pretty much mess them up, and i didn't even mention rvd and randy orton...size does matter X-Division...
