I used to hide in my closet when I was little. But my closet now is way too small.
Now, when I'm sad, I usually go to the bathroom and shut the lights off and turn on the fan and sit on the floor for a while until I chill out. It's a good way of distancing yourself from the world because of the darkness and the white noise.
If it's not THAT bad, I take a bath which usually calms me down too.

When I'm angry, I get all this energy and go for a walk around the block, which is usually pretty freaky cause I hate being alone in the dark outside due to the creeps out there. But when I'm mad, I almost want someone to fight me cause I'm rearing to go! Sometimes I go for a long time. It helps to be with myself, away from those who may have hurt me a bit, to figure out what I want and how to get there. And to remind myself that when all fails, I still have myself.

Just walkig around my city looking the places I like... eating a chocolat and a coffe to go.... just to clear my mind.

To my computer and type a poem about why I'm sad...it usually helps me to feel better without dumping my sadness onto anyone else.

i either go for a walk and go to this place near by that i love to hike at. It help me workout my fustration and calms me down, just listening to the sounds and being where i enjoy being! or i just go to my room and lock myself in. i love my room! its full of books, music and wolf stuff!
