I just finished High School and going to be a freshman at a local community college soon. What are the top medical schools in the nation? Thanks

You should major in Biology or Chemistry. You can ask your college advisors about specific classes that are needed to get into medical school.
You also need to get out of the community college and into as good a four year college as you can. You need to get high grades.

Thank God. At least you know that you have to attend medical school. Well, you have to do your basic medical degree first and then choose paediatrics as your specialist course. Please bear in mind that you must have a lot of patience and love for dealing with children.
