They are targeting both. And others too, but the USA and Britain are the most obvious targets, because Bush and Blair started what is now called the "anti-terrorist coalition".
Also, it looks that the British secret services are better than the American ones, as the plots actually were disclosed. And the Brits never gave anyone, including themselves, the feeling they are untouchable. (I'm not British.)

Terrorists target a lot of countries....not just Britain and America. They try to mess with everyone's sense of security...thus the name 'terrorist'. Have you forgotten about the terrorist attacks in Bali, France, Japan and Spain already? There are many more.

I hope you're not implying it's okay to target any country.

Look, terrorists are terrorists no matter where they are. They want to kill anyone that does not believe the way we do. This type of thing has been going on forever, it is just now out in the open. People on this planet are just violent, there will be wars until it is all over. Down through the centuries, just one thing after another. Killers and Killers, no matter where they are, and they are everywhere, we just now are made aware of it. Satan is probably loving every minute of it. Wars will end, when it is all over, and I mean us. If they could, they would get us too, they already have on 9/11. They will keep on trying, little roaches, must hide and kill. I say come out of the cracks and not hide, and you will see who will get whom.

Hi! Why are they having so much trouble getting the story strait?
How many alleged terrorists were there ... really?
Why don't many people in England believe it?
Why did it happen the day after Lieberman lost? (He's pro war and a democrat) ?
Why are items like Gatoraid and Peroxide being targeted? (EVERYBODY has that stuff.)

Why would terrorist fly out of Britton, our staunchest allie? I guess you'd have to ask Bush and Blair about that ... I haven't a clue. (I feel so nieve.)

what the hell kinda question is that ? why should they hate only America ? they are equal oppurtuinity haters if they disagree with you they want to kill you . Why should we be their main target in your view ? Britain shares the same views as us so they will target them too Britain isn't immune to attack just because they hated us first.
