you need money to become a legal citizen how do you get your hands on some ?

If you have been here ALL your life,(I assume USA) you would have been born here, so therefore ARE a citizen.
If you came here after you were born, have lived here ALL your life, who took care of you as a child? Are your parents illegal? If so what did they do to earn money?
I don't know where you live, or how old you are, and while I don't approve of illegals, here is my advice.
If you are a female, try to find someone in the housekeeping business. Many times people will hire someone to clean their house and pay you "under the table". This means that they pay you in cash that is not recorded in their records, tax is not withheld, and this isn't reported to the government.
If you are male, then you could probably find something in the landscaping area. I have also heard that there are areas where the immigrants wait on the corner for a work crew that might need help only for one or two days. Again, being paid "under the table".
While I understand that coming here (if you are in America) is seen as a way for a new life, with opportunities, and immigration is part of the foundation of this nation, I don't agree that people should be here illegally. It sends the message that the laws here mean nothing, as you can see in a previous answer someone posted that they had to steal & sell drugs.
If you are already here illegally, please don't do anything more illegal.

I hate to say this but the only way to make a decent living when your not a legal citizen is selling drugs. Okay it sounds bad but the payoff is great! Hey you can be the next Tony Montana.

You can become legalized, but there are under the table jobs and illegal jobs. Day laborers, self employed, and people that work for foreign companies may not require a social security number.
