Depends on the person.

Not everyone remembers their dreams. I rarely remember a dream while my friend DD remembers all her dreams.

I couldn't tell you if my dreams are in B&W or in color. DD can tell you if it was B&W, color, or technicolor.

It's just very individualized.

I dream in both (usually color though) and all that crap about not being able to read things in dreams, it's just that..crap I read all the time in mine. :)

Asked myself this question before and have paid extra attention to it everytime I dream - IT'S IN COLOUR :-)

It depends on the TV in their head.
I do recommend HDTV if available in your brain.
