Knight Industries Two Thousand (hence K.I.T.T. - the nickname for the car built by the same people).
The only words on the watch are "Engage" and "Transmit" - so no help with the second bit I'm afraid.

It was a Casio communication wrist watch that Michael Knight wore. It had a scanner and a micro camera in it.
