I have several pictures that I want to put into one and have it flash and change the picture that it is showing

If you go to Macs homepage you can get the free trial downloads. Macromedia flash is the best, but it will take you some research or a friend who knows the program to help you get started. Depending on how computer savy you are. You can always download the manual or get on Mac's questions site where you can read how other people do thier animations.

Use Adobe Image Ready or Macromedia Flash to make animated gif.

Use Ulead Gifanimator, you can also download the free trial because that is the easiest to use if you are not familiar with animation programs.

use unfreez (freeware). and flash doesn't export that good.
