Protien suppliments or Beer. Beer, especially microbrews will put the weight on you! I do not condone this if you are under 21. You should also check out a program called Body For Life, by Bill Phillips. Pretty amazing!

Protein and Carbs lots of it, and work out also Banana's slow down you metabolism make a banana shake with carnation milk its delicious and VERY fattening, you lucky dog here I am starving to loose some weight

and fat is not strong or healthy. exercises every day just dont over do it. and eat good healthy foods. so who you want to beat up ther are things you could do. but not if its for the wrong reasons.

Mine are just like yours. Short and a little fat, but sometimes I think its just because my bone size for me being a small girl are are quite large!

I NEED 2 be skinny...
Anyways, just eat ice cream- NON STOP, eat fat foods NON STOP, eat candy NON STOP, and don't exercise or even take a walk!

you can go to a specialist who will give a special diet for gaining weight. also you can start exercising in a gym. don't overdo it though,especially if you are not used to these habits.

start drinking protein drinks you can buy the powder from all gyms and then after about a couple of weeks start doing weights at the gym.

eat as many fattening foods as you can find. do this until your are satisfied. then if you think you have gone over your limit excersise. sit ups opulls ups push ups lungezs with weights. all these things.
