Beth-Beth
Too many "beth"s in that name.
Keep "Bethanne" (since you like that as the first name) and change the middle name to something other than Elizabeth, such as "Bethanne Elise"

hmm.. i'm not blown away..
i like bethanne (it's a bit unusual, which is cool)
but the rule of thumb is to have a shorter middle (and LAST) name if the first name is longer...

like Bethanne May
(and, also check the initial of the baby, you don't want it to spell out something crazy like BET)

I think it's lovely, but she'll hear all her life that her name is too long - I named my daughter Crystianna Marie, and add that to an eight-letter last name, and believe me, I heard about it from everyone! She has a cousin, Shelliann Denise who got the same thing.

You name your baby anything that speaks to your heart, I just thought I'd warn you what's coming. LOL.

sounds kind of plain and common. I like names that are different from the norm. I have a friend with 3 girls. Their names are Stormy, Heavenly, Midnight Sun. Beautiful! I love them cause they are different.

It's what you think that matters! Sounds a bit of a mouthful but the best thing to do when deciding what to name your child is to think of what others will shorten it to (and they will, believe me). If you like the shortened versions then go with it! If you like Beth then I think you go for it :)

I'd go with Maryanne Elizabeth, personally.
