literally, it means that it is easy becoming a person particularly because being borne is painless on the baby's part. however, being a decent human being with the characteristics such as attitude, behavior, and sensitivity is difficult for most people to achieve. Like they say, it is more exciting to be "bad" than it is to be morally "good."
