Yes, it is totally possible to be born with an erection according to Advocates for Youth. Apparently, boys can even have erections in the uterus!

YES it is possible im pregnant so i do lots of reading have a home nurse and go to the doctors they all educate me and have told me that most baby boys are born with them so if i end up having a boy and it comes out with an erection not to be scared or worried b/c its normal

Well I dont care what anyone else says, yes it is possible believe it or not my sister in law got an ultrasound and the doctor was stunned he called in like 4 other people into the room before he informed her that her son was masterbating in her womb!!! He had read studies on it but had actually never seen it! My nephew even got tired and changed hands! So yes I think it's quite possible.

I heard it happens that sometimes babies get erections but dont worry its not the same as being turned on or feeling good.

why not? I am sure it is quite rare but I am sure it could happen, birth can't feel to go or comforting coming out and most babies are born screaming and crying
