I have had "women" problems for years, and I'm constantly telling doctors and everytime I finally get to see a "speciallist" they find some bull reason that they have to send me home without seeing me. Here's my problems:
Almost regular monthly UTI's (i'm contantly on antibiotics)
missed periods
spotting durring the month
severe pelvic pain

I have other problems but i'm not sure if they are related:
my head never stops hurting
i feel like i'm on the verge of passing out from fatigue ALL THE TIME
I've lost 10 lb is the last 2 weeks because I can't eat, i'll eat a lil bit and start to feel sick.

I don't know if any of this means anything, but i'm just trying to find answers:
I'm a white 19 year old female, I have one child, who is 10 months old. I had a couple abnormal paps before i got pregnant. I had abnormal cell growth.

If anyone knows what could be wrong, please tell me, also please help me get the doctors attention! Please .

I'm really sorry to hear all this. I would keep asking for a second, third, fourth opinion until a doctor finally hears you and finds the solution (the actual cause of all this) not just trying to mask the symptoms. I don't want to scare you but could have a severe internal infection or maybe even the early signs of cancer. I really wish you the best and will say a prayer for you. Congrats on being a mom! I'm a mom of a 19-month-old daughter.
