It'll take a minute for me to look this one up. But, for an easy temporary fix, Hold the Shift key when you click on a link.

Duh, I just remembered. It's all in the HTML of the page as to if clicking a link will open in a new page or not; whether the creator had given the property of "parent" or "new".

Depends on your browser. Look for the preference or go to tools>options. I suggest that you don't enable this option. If you want to open a link to a new window simply right click it and open in new window because if you enabled this option, not only links to other sites will open in new windows but links on the same site as well and the buttons to other pages on that site.

Just right click the link and select OPEN IN NEW WINDOW. Or press the SHIFT key and click the link normally at the same time.

Depending on your browser you can right click and select open new window.

I am using Firefox and it will let you open tabs within a window, that uses a lot less memory space and Firefox is more secure than IE

truthfully, you opt to close the window on the dimensions you opt to save it... eg: open it... it is small... amplify it by technique of stretching it back out.... close it.... executed.... wish that helps
