My hubbie and I stayed at a low budget hotel while we were on the move. Well, my feet were really sore so he rubbed them and it was really a turned on. We had such amazing sex after that, that we now refer to it as "the good stuff". So, why wouldn't he just rub my feet or shoulders to get "the good stuff" but instead, do nothing and just get so-so sex from me?

basically, what i am saying is that when my husband rubs me or does a little foreplay, I give him "the good stuff". But it's like he doesn't catch on?

Because silly until you stayed at the motel and experienced this you had no idea that a foot rub was so erotic...how in the world would you have expected him to know this if you did not know it yourself that it was a turn on. What...did you expect him to just know that something as obscure as a foot rub was what rings your bell? Give the poor guy a break, this happens to be not so common a thing that is a turn on for a woman, do it to the wrong woman and most will die laughing and one would completely ruin the chances of any sex.

Now that you know..you can make sure its included as a part of your foreplay...

If all that seems to turn you on is getting your feet rubbed, that gets a little old. What do you do for him that turns him on? Turn around is fair play. I'm sure he would like to get turned on by what you do for him too. Find out what he really likes, and he'll probably be more willing to rub your feet too. There must be other things that turn you on, such as oral sex, sex toys, etc. Spice it up a bit. Give him a back message, with some Keri Lotion, or something. You might find places on his neck, shoulders, or back that may be erogenous zones for him, and you might find places besides your feet, that are turn a on for you. You need to experiment with each other, and find out.
You might find out that your passion for each other might take a big turn for the better. Give it a try, and lots of luck to you both.

I'm assumming that you are the woman. We as men tend to treat every now and then, such as rubbing your feet and my wife wish that I would more like that. But we tend to be impatient, do a fast foreplay and then bust loose - so to say. I'm sorry, but I think I speak for most men.

I think that this kind of thing would get old fast, because it would develop into a routine. So every time he wants great sex, he has to rub your feet? Sometimes it's good to do things for each other without it leading to sex and it sometimes it's good to do things like that without expecting something in return. It's good to have variety and spontaneity in your life.

no good being shy, you won't get very far in life if you are shy about everything. He is your husband for goodness sake, you can't be shy in front of your husband, and you don't have to be graphic about it either, just tell him that he will get the good stuff whenever he rubs your feet.

Sweetie, he's a man. They don't "catch on". You practically have to take out an ad on the Good Year blimp and fly it over one of the ball games he is zoned out on.
Or be erotically blunt about the whole thing. Talking dirty can lead to "good stuff" too.

re: tell him? What am I suppose to say?
......how about (as the sex begins) "Honey, I really love it when you rub my feet (or whatever else he did that you like) can we do that again - NOW!"

RE: I'm shy about these things.

.........get some self-esteem and relationship training and improve your situation or just sit there in your helpless shyness (fear or pride) and wither!

Because sex is different for guys than gals. To him he's getting the good stuff all the time. It probably dosn"t occur to him that its not the same for you. Try talking
