how often do i need to reformat my laptop and desktop?

when i first got my laptop and desktop, it seems to run faster then it is now. i also notice that right after i had my bro reformat my computer, it seems to run much faster then it is now. when i surf the net it open faster and quicker. it's been over a year since i had my brother reformat my computer. thanks in advance for your helpful answers.

I would say that there's no definite interval. Whenever you think it's performing slower than you expect then go ahead and have it done.

there no certain timeperiod to format a pc or laptop.
it's better to decide to format is ur's openion
