Befor I answer this question I will like to make an appeal to all the participants that not to bring religion in this discussion, because religion is a sensitive matter and we are here to discuss the things without hurting anyone. Mr,Issac has also answered the question and has quoted the "SURRAH" of holly Quran in isolation and he has not joined the adjuscent "SURRAH" to understand the complete meaning moreover he has not discussed the ciecumstances under which ALLAH send these "SURRAH". That is a onesided attempt to deface the Holly Quran. I will request the Mr. Issac to meet some Islamic Schollar and discuss with him all these "SURRAH". This is not a forum to discuss the religion single handedly. Remember Mr. Issac I can also write huge theses against your religion right here which you will not like to read. So please refrain from such thing in future. THANKS.
As for as I am concern the main cause of this terrorism is unjustice, interfearing others for noreason, and capturing the oil resources of the world. If everybody adopt this formula " Live and let live" all the problem will be solved.

It generally can be attributed to one of three things:

1) Extremism of any kind. When people start dealing in extreme ends of the spectrum, other people's toes are bound to get stepped on. So while Islam is good, radical Islam is bad, for instance.

2) Ignorance. Some people just don't know enough to understand that people are made different for a reason, or that one group of people cannot always be right. The Catholics vs. the Protestants, anyone? You're worshipping the same God! Ack!

3) The classic battle between the Haves and the Have-nots. The Have-nots want whatever the Haves have, and the Haves don't want to give it up. Afghanistan doesn't have a strong economy, so some lunkhead terrorist decides to try and cripple ours.

I'm sure there are other factors, but is seems like those are the three that stick out in my mind.

The biggest cause of trouble in the world today is that the stupid people are so sure about things
and the intelligent folks are so full of doubts. -

Bertrand Russell

The more advanced countries just invent their own terror and then identify it where they want it to be, so they can then attack to achieve their agendas.

You cant fight terror it is an idea "the war on terror" is just buzz words to keep the sheeples happy at home and not thinking too much.

The number one cause is the state of Israel.
Israelis think they are the chosen people, they can do anything:
-the 10 commandments do not apply towards non-jews;in other terms,a jew shall not kill another jew,but if he is let's say muslim,it's OK because he's like an animal.this applies for christians as well.u might wonder why throughout their history jews have never made friends with their neighbours.
-anyway,Israel has the right to steal as much arab land as it wants,it's OK if Isarel kills palestinian children daily, demolishes houses, burns orchards, builds racist walls, tears families apart, does not implement UN resolutions, opposes humanitarian laws, kidnaps people;but if one just one israeli is killed or kidnapped.armageddon, the US and UK and the world is shocked. This is terror of course, but all the israelis are doing ,it's.self defense.
Give us a break.
Wake up americans
wake up free world.
STOP ISRAEL

Differences in ideas reflecting the social needs and aspirations of an individual, group, class, or culture. If the differences are left to fester, a group (organization) usually resort to violent acts against the governing power to highlight the problem with the aim of settling the grievances. Of course it does not always work.
