The Dog Whisperer! I hate that man with a passion because his show and techniques can potentially harm dogs and their owners. In fact, he has at least one, if not two, lawsuits pending because of injuries to dogs. He has also been bit numerous times because his techniques are old and outdated. If the guy who "knows what he's doing" is getting bit, what do you think will happen to those people who try it at home? As a positive reinforcement dog trainer, I have already had to work with people to undo damage done by people trying to copy his techniques. It's a TV show, so much of the work he does is edited out, a complex problem is solved in 30 minutes, and this is where the problem really lies. He looks like a miracle worker, but he's not, and he's deceiving people out there and potentially causing harm because of it.
