Vonage router does not work directly. I am using vonage in India and it needs another regular router in between modem and vonage router. Try using that.

Vonage will work with all internet services. It's only limit was that it would only work with 2 phones in your home. Now, because we have a main phone and several satellite phones that work off of the main phone, we can now use just about any number of phones with it....but only (2) main phones can be hooked up to the modem which is connected to the computer and finially to your internet services. I'm assuming that the Windows OS that you're using on your computer is not seeing the Vonage System when you start the computer. If I knew more about your system, I'd be able to help further. Hit me on dumbbutt4321@yahoo.com and I'll be happy to work with you to help out. Thank you, Larry.

First important question..
What kind of Internet Connection do they have?
Next, where are they located in the Phil's, Manila, Cebu, Pampanga?
Unless they are in a metro area with high speed internet, like cable, it won't work.
If you have questions, please send me a message, I'd be happy to help you.
I support about 10 computers remotely in the Philippines, for family, so can probably give you some ideas.
Also, if Vonage does not work out. Check out http://www.pinoycalls.com , and get the Mabuhay Calls package. It is AWESOME.
