I'm not sure which of those will help you get in. However, studying Philosophy will help you once you are in. Make sure you take some logic classes.

You can major in just about anything, then go to law school. My "pre-law" major was math and physics -- although as an undergraduate, I had no idea that one day I'd want to become a lawyer. In any event, my math background certainly did not hurt.
There were two M.D.s in my law school class. One, at least, went on to become a professional "expert witness".
Having said that, I'll now say that political science is a good major if you know you want to become an attorney and/or politician.
But you never know ... another classmate's undergraduate major was drama. She went into entertainment law. For another, computer science was a good major. And if you're a technical type, study engineering, then become a patent attorney. Lots of possibilities.
