Yes you can use hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth. It works to some degree but I would not use it for a long period of time because it can do damage to your gums. I would try using baking soda. People have been known to use baking soda to whiten their teeth.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

It's true to some extent, but it's a minor treatment. Some toothpastes include peroxide, and if you intend to use it, use those instead. Hydrogen peroxide straight out of the bottle can inhibit healing (which is why it's a good wound cleaner but you should not continue to use it), and can damage the gums. You should absolutely not swallow it. There are much more effective and safer ways to whiten your teeth out there, and I would utilize them.

yes, my dentist told me to do 1/3 peroxide to 2/3 water, then after flossing and brushing swish for at least 2 minutes, spit out (do NOT swallow!) do that daily and it does whiten. it also kills off germs that cause some gum diseases.

Use something like crests white strips that are made to whiten teeth... I dint think its a good Idea to use hydrogen peroxide.. it could be too harsh and damage the enamel of your teeth...

It might be easier to buy toothpaste with hydrogen pyroxide in it or one of the many tooth whiting products that have this in it.

It is safe, tho swishing it in your mouth will not brighten your teeth you have to brush with it.

try this.....little toothpaste, baking soda and pyroxide, mix and brush lol

sounds weird, guarantee safe and white teeth
