Smile, be yourself, be natural, be confident, be honest and always feel interested towards other people. Look in the eyes when you talk. Listen to what he says intently. Always convey the message that you're genuinely interested and cares about the other person. Let him feel you are looking forward to your next encounter or meeting.
In short- make your presence felt and linger through his brain without being too trashy. Men likes modest or sweet girls. There are exception to the rules... but hey, in general they really do. :-)

There's no absolute answer to that question because everyone have different tastes in women's phisical appearance.
The only thing I can advise you is to keep in mind you physical for choosing your clothing, hairstyle, makeup and personal care.
