Go to My Computer. Right click on the hard drive and choose properties. It will show you how much space is taken up.
Go to Start-Control Panel-Add Remove Programs. It will show you all the programs and how much space each program takes up. Youc an also delete them from there.
Go to Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-Disk Cleanup. Run the utility. You may have a lot of temporary files.
If all this does not work, go buy a bigger hard drive. www.newegg.com sells them cheap. Make sure the hard drive you purchase is compatible with your motherboard.

First, let's be confirmed that..."Computer low on Disk Space" or Dis Space Low on Computer"?
If your question is as what I understand, spaces are occupied as followings:
1. Hard Disk Partitition [Can't remove]
2. System Volume Specification [If you don't want system restoring points, you can remove]
3. Internet Temporary Files at windows folder......
4. Paging File [Can be reduced removing unnessesary services and applications]
Try to tune all those. If further help required, I can help, dont worry..!!
