definitely decent & polite cos they have more respect for you & you know theyr'e not a waster.But for that decent & polite guy to have "dirty" side in private makes it all so much better.

I am a very moral person. I don't drink, smoke, have sex, gamble, etc. etc. etc.
I try to be conscientious at my job, and give money to people in need.
At the same time, some people think that I am obnoxiously assertive.
Recently I was going through the gate of a National Park and trying to get some permits for fishing. The gate attendant directed me to the nearby ranger station, but no one was there.
I went back to the gate and he told me I was going to have to go to the next ranger station about fifteen miles down the road. The place I wanted to fish, was only about a mile down the road.
I had nothing personal against the gate attendant, but I became very forceful in my efforts to persuade him that he needed to get on the radio and get someone down to the ranger station to help me.
At one point he called his supervisor and told her how angry "this man" was getting. I wasn't angry. I just recognized that we needed some strong action here and unless I presented a strong front they were going to be too lazy to go out of their way to do what I wanted done.
I got what I wanted in the end, because I wasn't ashamed to look like a meanie to get it. At the same time, I was never angry or personally irritated with those people at all.
Real boldness is proprietary to strong moral people. The dissolute man is not capable of strong action.
This is a false dichotomy.
Also, sometimes, the person people say is polite and decent is actually just unable by virtue of some insecurity or fear of public opinion to do that which he would do. He is not polite, he is timid.

Immature girls lust after "bad boys" if that's what you mean by bold. I don't know why this is, but it is. More mature women love decent and polite guys

i like a combitation of both.
i like a bold guy when someone has done something they should not , the bold guy tells them not to.
but at the same time i like the polite guy that opens doors and says thank you and please.

i dont like a decent guy persay..that can be boring...but polite is nice...bold is good.
actually i like an unpredictable guy who loves me and has respect for people and loves God with all his heart
