It's neither a good or bad idea. What is a bad idea, is giving up a deep loving relationship just to go try and see what it's like to be with somebody else. With love, you take what comes your way, be grateful, and make the best of what have.

Hi

Back when I was 15 according to my mom it was a bad idea. But my mom is very modern type. So now I agree with her. If I married my first b/f I would then be interested about others. Because I would have never tried anybody else.

experience is over-rated.. lol
i've had a couple of boyfriends, and i wish i'd only had one. it's really just about connecting with someone and making it work. you can search all your life and realize you're basically with the same guy, just called by a different name... so, i wouldn't shop around.. if you love your first, marry him.. and be devoted to making it work.
