My guess is they will fit for normal road use, but your speedometer will need to be recalibrated to remain legal. However, you might have to restrict the steering lock to prevent the front tyres fouling on the springs.
For off-road use, they may reduce total axle articulation by fouling the tops of the wheelhouses as wel as the steering lock issues - but they will give you greater clearance below the diffs. You pay your money and you take your choice.
750x16 is a more common conversion, as LWB models used these. They won't give you any articulation problems, the effect on steering lock is minimal, and a speedo from a LWB model will have the correct calibration.
