The diffrence is that one looks like your penis is hiding inside of a wrap thing and the other looks like its popping out and ready to go =P
I'm "uncut" and when i was little (about 8 ot 9) i was realy confused when i saw other boys penis's lol especialy because i grew up in a very jewish town on long island.
What i've learned is that the head of uncircumsized penis's are more sensative then circumsized penis's wich is a good thing when having sex right? For the straight people out there the flap of skin that rolls back when having sex adds pleasure to the girls as well. I once had a conversation with my boyfriend about circumsizing any kids we would have in the future. I'm pretty against it now but i guess i still have time to think about it concidering im only 16 :]

Uncut has been left natural with foreskin to retract from head of the cock. Cut foreskin has been removed leaving the head exposed. I prefer to have my foreskin back.
