Try cleaning up the hard drive with "Disk Check". Click on start, then my computer, then find local drive C:. right click on it, click on properties, left click on tools, click on check now ( under error checking), put a check mark under: automatically fix file system errors". At that point, a new box will open asking if you want to do a disk check the next time you start Windows. Click on yes, then immediately RESTART THE COMPUTER! let the machine check the hard drive for errors. It will take about 30 minutes.

are u using a external sound card??? if so try inserting it in another slot and reinstall the audio drivers... if that doesn't work can i know when exactly u started havin this prob??? like did u install a new operating system or a new hardware or software... also just check if u have irq clash... u can either check that in the bios ( if it supports it) or if u are using win xp then go to start->programs->accesories->system tools and select system information.. in that select irq and check whether u have any problem of common irq assignment... or u can use the win xp cd to check for conflits...

first of all i need more help from ur side like a screen shot of ur device manager etc
To guess ur problem is that ur snd card and a scsi controller may clash under a IRQ so it may affect ur snd system.
Or maybe ur using a wrong driver version try for a latest and good stable drivers

Did you check the connections on your Sound device? The radio like sound is coming because of that. Please check whether the correct jack is sitting in correct opening.

cheap sound cards will have a background noise. either replace your sound card, or buy a usb external sound card. this will work, and is a very cheap problem. no drivers or firmware will solve this

It sounds like you're trying to use the wrong drivers. Try visiting:
http://www.windowsupdate.com
run that and see if it helps.

There's no problem with your PC. Some speakers can pickup radi frequencies. Have your speaker repaired or replace it with a new one.
