They are both disgusting if you think about the way they live and what they eat.
Chickens will eat anything. Worms, spiders, dead mice, their own sh*t, etc. etc. etc.
A fish is the same way. Do you know that trout, considered a pure natural expression of pristine nature, can be caught on a mouse fly. A big trout will eat a dead rodent on the surface of the water, or a life rodent getting swept downstream.
Supposedly red meat is horrible for you, but I am personally much more comfortable eating the meat of an animal that eats nothing but grass and chews the cud repeatedly than a disgusting stupid animal like a chicken or a fish that will eat anything and isn't a much higher life form than the sh*t it eats.
That being said, I will eat anything, and I love fried catfish, which is about the nastiest fish in the river.

both are healthy food to eat, compare to pork and beef. but there is also a side effect sometimes.
like in chicken if not properly handle while storing in refrigerator for chicken salad, it will cause salmonella. so watch out those sandwich food in vending machine that was not maintained in a certain degree. you will get sick and might ended up in the emergency. so cooked chicken is the best than cold chicken food..
about fish it will do harm as well, such as too much omega fat in your system, its not good.read the article about too much consumption of seafood, its not advisable. plus be careful buying fish, make sure you check the flesh, the smell and watch out for the bones...
minimal for all intake is advisable, proper handling and preparation, follow the guideline, you will be fine....
