my husband is currently deployed we been trying for about 6-9 months for another baby. . .it took us a year and a half with our first one. he will be back for R&R for 2 weeks. i wonder is he has a low sperm count. . .

Be sure he avoids hot water (hot tubs, baths, hot showers) during your ovulation times, also avoid tight shorts!

I know it can be stressing sometimes when you are trying to get pregnant but here are some things I found very effective when I was trying myself.
- Don't think too much about it...not to be TOO STRESSED out from work or on anything you're doing
- Have SEX every early morning(like 5am or earlier)and make sure to do it everyday
- Have a complete rest, 8 hours sleep
- Eat healthy (Try drinking milk and eat fruits & vegies)
- See your doctor and ask if you can take additional vitamins to help your body

Out of your 28 day cycle though, you have approximately 12 hours of "conceivable" time... (all this is on average)... it can take average of 3-12 months as well of CONSTANT trying to conceive. Good luck... praying for you! It took me and my hubby 1 month of trying to conceive... we actually tried putting a pillow under my butt after he went inside (him on top when he went), and I just laid there for a little while... like 10-15 min and watched TV... seemed to work well... best of luck!
