Everyone has a different method that works best for them. Some are better with memorizing flash cards, some use tape recorder, pneumonic devices, some people can just read and write notes and remember it visually and eventually it becomes part of their collective knowledge... There is no one answer that works best for everyone... Just get plenty of sleep and eat well beforehand and drink some caffeine when you study and your mind should be healthy and alert when you need it.

Don't worry. I am a man of 62 years old. I forget what I ate in the morning at the afternoon. But I remember what I have studied in my child hood about Newtons law and Pythagoras theorem. That all depends upon the interest and involvement in your activities. Try to make the things what you should remember in your life to enjoyable to you. show more interest in the subject what you should keep in your memory. Forget immediately what is not going to be useful in your future. Your brain has got certain limitation.

What we feel instensively we remember (even if we don't want to, as with trauma). Be fully present to your experience with heart and mind and you will remember it. Concentration is the key. The mind can only be in one place at one moment. Focus your energy on the thought or task in hand rather than scattering it with other things going on in the background of your mind all the time.

Learning to meditate from a Hindu or Buddhist teacher will help develop the life-skill of concentration.

This game excercised my brain like nothing else!

Sudoko, cross words, word of the day, writing notes and I take SageTree oil.

Excercise for the brain is as vital as excercise for the body.

But careful, Fastr is addictive! Also a GREAT tool to improve typing!
