my mom put up fire wall so now i cant play counter strike plzzz help

if it is a firewall software, uninstall it in control panel under add/remove software. next restart PC. reinstall firewall software and make sure you keep it at its original setting, take out all additional values which was placed by your mum earlier. if possible copy out her password if option is available. voila! she won't know unless you allow her to touch your PC again. but if she does, at least you get to play a few times before she discover your install/ uninstallation trick.
if it is a hardware, bypass it by using the option that states BYPASS firewall. alternatively, do it at your own risk!!!! pour a glass of water or soak the firewall into a pail of of water to intentionally spoilt it. make sure you clean any traces of the water and becareful only to do this with the current/ electricity in the off state.
anyway, there are a few applications that might help you track down the ports used if you have the "know-how" to further cripple the password thingy! On Unix systems, there's a nice utility called lsof that comes preinstalled on many systems. It will show you all open port numbers and the names of the applications that are using them. This means that it might show you a lot of locally opened files aswell as TCP/IP sockets. Read the help text. :-)
On Windows systems, nothing comes preinstalled to assist you in this task. There's a utility called ``Inzider'' which installs itself
inside the windows sockets layer and dynamically remembers which process opens which port. The drawback of this approach is that it can't tell you what ports were opened before inzider started, but it's the best that you'll get on windows http://ntsecurity.nu/toolbox/inzider/.

there should be an option to remove the game from the firewall but to many kids play counter strike and it makes the game un fun so THANK GOD FOR MOTHERS

If she installed a software firewall ->check documentation for software how to open specific ports.
if its a hardware firewall (like router) -> visit router manufacturer's website for that information

Ha! My mom would NEVER even begin to know how to do something like that. She still types with just two fingers and double clicks EVERYTHING even if it doesn't require a double click.

see the firewall or antivirus icon in bottom corner with sound and that?
rite click and disable the firewall or the firewall in the antivirus if its in there.
my mummy tryed to block farcry so i buryed her in the yard lol

dont play with firewall if you dont know how to play with it. you can easily messup security of your computer
