You will need a windows media player add-on software component (a little extra more $) to convert .WMA files to .MP3 files and then you can download it. Otherwise you cannot download any files that isn't in a .MP3 or .MP4 format. Go to the website below and navigate. Hopefully you will find the info you seek.

depends on the player, but most connect via USB and are then visible in Windows Explorer as a removable drive -- assuming you are using windows xp.

just copy the files onto the removable drive that appears when you plug the player into the usb port.
