For the record, my mother is Jewish and her mother and her mother, etc... I even hold rights to own land in Israel given to me by my grandmother who was a holocaust survivor.

I feel I have a right to say this and not some outsider... what we have done is WRONG. I understand the whole defense thing and I was with you UNTIL all those Lebanese civilians were slaughtered. Come on.. you can NOT justify it. I dont care if a Hezbollah held up a 2 year old in front of a soldier, that does not mean kill the kid then kill him

Now we have a cease fire and what do my ppl do, they keep killing to the last moment. This is like a freaking 500 pound bully beating on a kid. You won already... then told to stop but you freaking got to pound some more.

I think they're messed up in the head for agreeing with this stupid cease fire.
There should be no cease fire until every Hezbollah, jew hater, terrorist supporting liberal pothead is reasting 6 feet under.
I'm all for Israel, and they're not stealing anybody's land you freegin idiot. If the neighboring countries would stop attacking them they would be happy to give them the land, (Jordan and Egypt signed peace agreements with Israel and they got land back and that proves that Israel stood by their word and honored their side of the deal) but the problem is that the muslims will never be happy with "some land" because they want it all. They want Israel to be wiped off the map, and for that I would be willing to go to Israel and fight (even though I'm not israeli) if it were possible.

I'm sorry you find the Israeli actions wrong. From your bio, I can only say you have every right to that opinion, but I tend to take a longer view. The Israelis have put up with so very much over the many centuries, it seems good to see them doing their best to obliterate a horrible enemy whose only complaint is that the Israelis are Jews. They have no other valid complaint. The Lebanese people support the terrorists, and that makes them fair game, in my opinion. If the terrorists were taking these same actions from American soil, I would personally take up arms against them. I feel this is what the Lebanese should be doing. The fact that they simply allow the terrorists to operate within their borders without trying to stop them makes them guilty of terrorism themselves, in my eyes. One man's opinion.

The cruel reality is that Israel failed to completely destroy Hezbollah and as a result there will be more violence and more dead on both sides. History tells us negotiated settlements, or in this case just a cease fire, dont work. The only path to peace is through victory.

Well, little JAP, we are tired of being expected to be holier than thou.
You should have seen the pictures of Hezbollah terrorists loading trucks with katyusha rockets and Lebanese children, knowing that this human flesh cover will protect them from Israeli air attacks.
If Arabs have so little respect for the lives of Arab children, except for the propaganda value of dead children, why should Israelis be expected to risk lives of Israelis and avoid attacking these trucks.
I think that the problem with Jews in Israel is that they are too soft on their enemies, just like you are.

The INTERNATIONAL laws of war say very very very clear, "if the enemy are using a building as a military facility like i dont know...firing rockets from it, its a legitamit target.
