Depends on the circumstances. You'll have to go into more explanation for better answers.

As the other answerers have stated you really haven't given enough details for us to give clear answers.
The main point is not to let it dominate you and your thinking. If it is phone harassment, get a whistle. When you answer but on an interested voice and make a comment like 'Oh I wanted you to phone". Then blast away like mad'
If it is verbal, assume an interested voice and smile sweetly as you roundly but oh so politely abuse back.
Both of those soon turn off the " I am bored and it is a long summer kind of harassment"
Anything more sinister? Take it up with family members or go to the police for advice and perhaps if you are lucky...... help.
The really big thing is not to show just how much it is getting to you. Your tormentor feeds on on your reactions.

i'm sorry. That isn't cool at all.
Go to the police and file a harassment report.
You could request a restraining order.
It might help to talk about it with a friend or family and get everything out.

If I was being sexually harassed I would do nothing, then pretend to be upset, then sue as though I was a victim.

yup you need to expand on your question??? if being harassed by eg an ex .. you need to contact the police..who will go see them..and then you can get an injunction out on them, to stop them coming within 50yards of you etc.. but you need to expand to get proper advice. If eg someone annoying you, harassing you via email, block them.. if it's via mobile phone..either get a mobile that you can set to accept certain callers only .. eg sony erricson 800i (doesn't stop texts tho)..or best still just change your number.. if it's at home.. change your number .. but at the end of the day..why should you uplift your whole life and change your numbers..so again..go to police and get your calls logged! if that helps you in anyways.. i'm glad to have helped x

its always better to make a report with your superior authorities or at the local police station. harrasment could turn nasty and dangerous if left unchecked.

i generally tell the person to "fu(k off", although I've gotten in trouble for that!
if it's really bad then go to the police (if it's personal)or to your boss/area manager(if it's a work problem).
