He is one of my guy friends, we didn't talk much previously. But we've been chatting through messenger almost every day (during office hour time) for the last 4 months. We can always find some topic to talk, discuss or even to laugh about from our interest, family, friends, activities, past relationship etc.

But then, when we really met in a group of people (usually once a week) we didn't talk as much as we did. Yes we did talk, but just some greetings or short conversation will do. We are just like a normal friends.

Does he feel more than just a friend towards me? Or is it just me that gettin over reacted? Please advice.... thanks :)

This is a trend which si growing more and more over the years. You see, as you know, the net is a place where you are at home or work and not in person. Pepole tend to be different because they are over a screen not in person. You can't judge him or look at him funny when he says things cause it's words. There are mics and cams, but being in person is way different. Try meeting someone you saw on TV in real life. I bet it'll be different than being on your couch. Give him time to digest the reality of meeting you in real life and being out of the comfort zone of the screen. Best of Luck.

You are over reacting! You guys talk during the day on Company time, becaue you have nothing better to do and the boss is not watching over you. You are just messenger friends so far.

If you are chatting everyday, I bet he is interested in you. He may be a little shy about it, especially in a group. Why don't you make the first move?

Good luck.
