Age old advice: talk to your sysop about it. If you want to play a game that requires certain ports to be open and you can't open them yourself, you will have to talk to someone who can.
If you manage to circumvent the firewall, you might just find your account disabled. Better to do things the polite way.

Use a proxy to get around closed ports.
You can also brute force the password. That is automate some software to try different passwords until you get it. If your mom set it then the password is likely a name, a relitive, SSN, or something else you can possibly guess. Stack your dictonary and let the software do the rest. Then you can open the port to play your game.

If it's a good firewall, you're going to have to get the password somehow. Otherwise, opening the appropriate port should work.

Go to you security settings in control panel and disable the firewall, but remember to enable it when your done and good luck!!
