alright, here is what you do:

1) dont eat chocolate (it contains oils that make acne "aware" :P)
2) Do not use soap on your face
3) Do not use lotion on your face (except for the one in number 4)
4) Go to Clinique at your nearby mall and ask for their acne soap, basically what this soap does is COMPLETELY dry up your face, dont worry just buy their Moisturizing Lotion which does not contain oils like normal soap does, this way, you get moisturized, your skin doesnt tear because of the soap used above (use it once in the morning, just get some on your hands and wipe it on your face)
5) Buy or obtain their samples (clinique) of their alcohol rubs, the alcohol clears up acne really well, they come in numbers, 1, 2, 3 and number 3 is the strongest, so you will FEEL your pimples burn away, if you do this for ONE week, the acne will go away, and with the alcohol, again rub it on your face (very little) stay away from the eyes, what i actually DID (not do anymore, cause my acne has cleared up) was put the alcohol on your pimples only, and then wash your face with water.

It seems like a lot, but it really isnt, just use the soap and alcohol in the morning and just before you go to sleep (or in the shower) and then the alchol throughout the day, and your acne will be cleared up, the soap, you really dont need, its just so that you dont feel like your face is so dry...

By the way, it is said that pimples above the eyes, ie forehead, means it is due to stress, and pimples anywhere else is normal acne.

Do you mean away from pimples? Honestly? It depends on the way your skin type is. It has nothing to do with eating at all and if you do have acne, the worst thing you can do is wash it more than once a day to irritate it and make it look worse. My son had terrible acne and I never had it but his father did and when he sat under a sun lamp it dried it all up but he had to do this daily... I on the other hand have always cleaned my face with rubbing alcohol and never had acne issues. I'm 43 People are nuts to put their skin through all those lists of things to do lol it has nothing to do with half of them. Talk to a dermatologist... if ya want to waste your money...otherwise be wise and look up old home remedies on google. Good luck

12 ways to take note:

1.Drink lotsa water per day
2.Eat lotsa fruits and vegiees
3.Wash your face at least two times a day with the correct cleanser, toner then moisturers(if necessary)
4.Keep your hands off your face at all times when your hands are not washed with soaps
5. Sleep early before 11, never sleep late
6.Have enuff sleep, at least 6-8hrs
7.Excercise regularly
8.Avoid letting your hair or fringe touch your face, hair might be oily or dirty
9. Do not use makeup that clogged your pores
10.If you have the $, use face mask once a week
11. Do not scrub your face if you have pimples
12.Have bowel movement daily

If your acne problem is not that serious, acne-based products might be too strong for your skin. if the condition is not improving, should consult a doctor but you still have to take note of your eating, sleeping etc habits.=) stay happy too!!

Wash your face in the morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed with a light astringent like clean and clear. Match with your skin type: dry, oily, both. Use all natural lotions like cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, or carrot oil. Drink 10 cups of water every day. Exercise, 50-100 sit ups and push ups 3 times/wk and relax. Results in first month.

On your next appt speak with your doctor. You can spend hundreds of dollars on over the counter medications. And I do not believe in the birthcontrol pill for treatment of.
Drink lots of water!!!! Stress can play a major part in acne break out. Healthy eating never hurt anyone. Do the best you can. My daughter like's noxzema the best for washing. Cleaniness is the best, but rember for major problems talk to your doctor. Let them decide how bad it is. You may actually need penicillian

Good face wash, will prevent....it also gives your face what it needs. If you want a good one I recommend Dermalogica. It may seems expensive, but I can promise you that you won't be let down. My sister is a cosmetologists, and she says the better the face wash, the better the face. I can tell you since using Dermalogica I have not a zit, even around my menstrual cycle.

You mean free of pimples I presume. Wash daily with simple soap. Sometimes the fancy scented ones just make it worse.
