Using Outlook 6, hold shift key while pressing the up or down arrow keys to make your selection then press delete.

Most e-mail programs allow bulk deletion of e-mails. Go to the folder in which the e-mails you want to delete are. Then, assuming you want to delete all the e-mails in that folder, click on the first e-mail, then scroll down to the last one, and while holding down the Shift key and click on the last one. That should highlight all of them. Then click on Delete, and they'll all be deleted.

If you are using Outlook, look under tools. I'm not sure if you can delete all, but that's probably where it would be. I know you can delete your whole deleted box from there.

I rather have an email account which will in undemanding words recieve messages from senders who're in my handle e book. any others are shrink back to the sender as blocked messages even however they have not been blocked intensionally

Go to check all, and then delete. You can do this page by page.
