Lie on your side, when you sleep at night. Place a pillow against your back and another one between your legs. Also, kneel as if you are praying and stretch forward, without putting strain on your belly and let your back stretch out really good. Get on all fours and curl your back, and alternate between arching your back. This should feel really good. Walk and stretch your muscles as much as you can.
