HE NEVER MISSED A MATCH DUE TO FITNESS CONDITIONS.
HE HAD MORE TYPES OF SHOTS IN HIS BOOK.
HE NEVER LOST HIS CONSISTENCE IN BOWLING.
NEVER GONE IN TO HIS SHELL WHEN BATSMAN FIRING AGAINST HIM.
WITH A LION HEART HE WOULD BOWL EXTREMELY TO HIM AND GET HIS WICKET.\

It is hard to compare Irfan Pathan with Kapil dev. Let him do his part, whether in bowling or in batting. Presently Indian cricket needs a strike bowler who can take wickets regularly both in test and in ODI. If he does this we feel relaxed. Runs scored will be a bonus.

irfan pathan is bowler.and he makes some runs but not allrounder like kapil dev. in the future he is a doing good job bat and ball.

I Cannot compare Irfan with Kapil paaji , But sure Irfan has all the ability to be at the equal heights of that of Kapil

no way...irfan is very much a batsman who can bowl a bit these days...kapil was a more omplete all roounder...rather the only world class all rounder india ever produceds was kapil..irfan has a looooooong way 2 go

with the kind of flow of young cricketers nowdays, the heros of yesteryears like Kapil can not be compared with the new stars who flash in the pan and get burned out due to excess cricket and overtaken by the new ones who are coming always.
but that kid irfan is good no doubt but can not stand in like kapil

It is better to compare after 3 or 4 years
Right now, he has to improve his form.
He needs to bat with more attacking abilities like Dhoni.
His bowling is brilliant, but needs to constantly take 3-4 wickets per game.
But yes, a good alrounder indeed!
But he needs to win a big time trophy like Kapil did

u cant judge irfan at now only, i mean only a little time has passed after he was rated as an allrounder.both kapil and irfan obviously have different styles so u cant compare them.

Irphan is a new player.he needs more and more experence and exposur like Kapil.and he must get him free from any otherwise activities like advertisement and look for the best for cricket.presently he is not at all comparable with kapil.
