The saliva tends to kill the sperm cells, but depending on where the fluid goes (keep it away from your vagina, wash hands afterward before touching ourself), you could become pregnant in a longshot.

if you put a penis in your mouth you can't get pregnant.
even if you get sperm in your mouth or you swallow it, the acid in your stomach will kill sperm
the only was for a person to get pregnant is to have sperm inside the uterus or the sperm and fertilize and egg..and the only way you to that is have sex...or by artificial insemination, but you didn't do that either.

judging from your question, you are too young to be doing these things. She can't get pregnant, but you can get sexually transmitted diseases like that, so stop and wait until you're older, so you know what you're doing.

NO that can not happen you have to have it in her to get her pregenet so if she is doing that you are safe from pregnancy!
