im a sophmore in HS i have braces and glasses and never had a a real b/f and im staring to think thats why..... guys tell me please are braces and glasses cute or a huge turn off?

ok i might get contacts but the braces arent coming off fer two years... so ya u cant say lose the braces...k?

You should be happy with the way you are, evereyone is a beauty in thier own way, and those boys just don't wanna make that move, they're gonna feel real sorry. O yea, and Martin Mad whatever up there, Shut up! You shouldn't answer this question, you dumb shot. I bet you haven't even had a girlfriend, you're so rude like that. And girls are pretty, always, inside and out. So don't worry about it or him, rainy days. You'll always be a beauty.

It actually depends. I am a girl but I have braces (don't have glasses though) and have had many boyfriends since I got them on.
I doubt this is the reason why but it depends on the guy.
To some guys braces & glasses are a turn off; to others, it's attractive.
Just remember the glasses may be permanent (except you could get contacts) but the braces aren't.

alright, my opinion is that glasses and braces aren't really a turn off. don't think it's weird to not have a boyfriend your 2nd year of high school, because most guys still aren't grown up yet :P i think glasses can be a real turn on (they are for me lol) as long as you get some real stylish lookin ones, not ones that make you look like you have goggles :D you can't do anything about the braces, but at least it's common knowledge that they're not forever there. good luck with the guys!

Glasses are sexy now, get a nice pair to fit the shape of your face, and keep the braces free of food you can even try different colors now. Also it helps to get a haircut that complements the style of glasses your'e wearing. If all fail wear contacts instead they're not that expensive now.

It really depends on how the girl looks. I've seen some girls that I find attractive only because they look good with glasses. On the braces, it does look cute too, but it all depends how you look in them.

Well, there are plenty of people with braces and/or glasses who are in relationships. It might make it more difficult for you to hook up with certain people, but you need to be more outgoing to get things rolling.

Hey, well i'm not a guy, but you should be happy for who you are, and you'll find a someone in time. Be yourself, there is a guy who will look passed all that. I have a boyfriend and he looked passed all the things i thought was a turn off, and we have been together for five months.

I have the same condition, you only have to worry about have a nice face, good skin, nice makeup, look pretty, dont make a problem with this in the moment you can do nothing about. Dont stress there are a lot of people in the world in your conditions and they are happy.
