Never use a safety pin on your knickers if the elastic broke.... keep an emergency pair with you AT ALL TIMES!!!!
My grandmother always told us, never wear raggy or soiled underwear, because you never know when you'll be hit by a bus, and everyone will see your tatty undergarments, while you're lying there bleeding!!!! LOL

Not really sure what you're asking but one thing that bothers me is all these women wearing tanktops or something similar with their bra straps showing (especially when you can tell the bra is old!)
