because they are retarded, likely in debt themselves and favor the fee to pay their own expenses. A collector requested me once though I had any associates that i ought to get a private loan from. I stated that considering he calls my telephone a lot he might want to be a pal so am i able to borrow the money from him? He laughed and hung up on me.
