Depends on the extent of the dents and the shapes really. If they are not creases and dents like you would get fro say a baseball or some such you may be able to pop them out from the inside if they are accessable, using your hand or a rubber mallet. if there is framework or bracing behind it you could try to push it out using a prybar with a spoon shaped end on it. If they are crease type dents you may need to get a slide hammer dent puller that is used by drilling a hole in the crease at intervals and screwing the dent puller in and sliding the weight down the handle to pull the dent out. what ever you do take your time because just hammering and slamming around on the dents will stretch the metal more than it already has been and you'll never get it back to shape without more tools and more work to undue the damage caused buy too much force.

If it's removable part such as mud-guards remove them and beat them from the inside. The fix it back again.
For the rest make a small weld on the surface holding a wire or a piece of metal so you can pull it out.
Once when the dents are fairly low, fill them up with any filling paste. The use a sand paper to smoothen it up.
Use wet sand paper, with lots of water.
Afterwards you can paint it with first a primer coat and then a color of you choice.
Good Luck!

Try a bathroom plunger. If it doesn't work right away, get the seal around the edges a little moist. It'll make it's own suction to which you can pop out some dents. Hope it helps.

i own a shop, and normally a small size dent can cost anywhere from a 100 bucks all the way up up 300 and that's for a small one by the time they fix it and repaint it to match back up it could go a little more, because paint and supplies have went up a lot in the past year,so this kind of work can cost, but it shouldn't be too bad ,if i knew exactly how big the dent is i could do better with pricing it,good luck hope this helps.
