no one is happy with call centres, but they are doing their duty, we can avoid them we should not make their insult.

Yea, I know they can be irritating but its a whole big industry in itself & there are some big companies which take thier help. you can put your number on the donot call list, but tele-marketing should not be banned as thhis will increase unemployment.

I don't think they should be banned. I use them to vent all af my frustrations very quickly. You have to be quick, because when you swear at them uncontrollably at the top of your lungs, they rarely stay on the phone more than 10 seconds.

I think they actually do their jobs! But you are right.., in some important moment they'll turn u'r mood upside-down!
I'll just give them a time, and ask them to call (if i'm pleased to hear wht they r talking about)! Or I'll say, 'I'm sorry'.

If you're smart....you'd just put your phone numbers(including cellphone), on the do not call list. Pretty much takes care of it :op And if they call you anyway, they can get into trouble...

I dont like them, but they need a way to keep their business's running, so if it were to be banned, it would hurt them financially.
