I have to pay 80% of my monthly pay if i resigned within 90 days.meaning my last day will be on day 91.Can i tender two months?eg day 91 is march 31 i wish to tender on the 1st feb.help!and can we not come to work on the last month,meaning i will not receive any pay for that.but i will not be working for any other company.

sounds like you are under contract. Talk to someone who has worked for this company for a while. there are always loopholes. good luck!

If you have just accepted the job it means you cannot tender within the first 90 days. This is probably because the company has invested training on you. Thereafter there should be another clause stating how many months notice you or yr company should give to terminate you.

When you tender a notice, regarldless of length, you HAVE resigned.

Your company will consider the notice date, not end date, when determining your obligations under your contract.

this is August. 90 days away is November.
